Call Center
A call center is a location where phone calls are answered and originated,
normally located between a business and the customer. Call centers provide
customer support and help for requests of new service activation, product

inquiries.

service for a particular customer demand. CTI (computer telephone integration)
is a system that routes a caller to the accounting database which also assists
the customer service representative evaluate a customer's account history. This
type of system usually is in the form of a screen pop-up containing the vital
information that is needed.
